1. Our service

MadrasaBangla is an information platform for finding madrasas, admission notices, teachers and related information. What you see may come from madrasa managers, users or public sources, so it can be incomplete or out of date. Before admission, payment or any other important decision, confirm directly with the madrasa concerned.

2. Accounts

• Open an account with accurate details, and be an adult.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account unless you have told us it has fallen into someone else's hands.
• One account per person. Do not open an account using someone else's identity.
• We may suspend or close an account, temporarily or permanently, if the rules are broken or we see a security risk.

3. What you provide

When you later submit information, reviews or documents, they must be true and yours to share. You allow us to display them to run the service. We may remove content that is inappropriate, misleading or unlawful.

4. What you must not do

• Unlawful acts, fraud or using someone else's identity.
• Harassment, spreading hatred or using information to harm others.
• Trying to break the security of the site or other users, or spreading harmful code.
• Slowing the site down with excessive automated requests, or collecting data in bulk without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The design, logo and text of the site belong to MadrasaBangla or its licensors. Do not copy or use them commercially without written permission.

6. Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise that information is accurate or that the service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the service. [Final wording of the limit to be set by a lawyer]

7. Changes and ending

If the terms change, a new version is published and you will be asked to accept it again to continue. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Governing law
